Tempest and Sunshine is the first book written by Mary Jane Holmes (1828 – 1907). Set in the pre-Civil War south, it follows the struggles and romances of two sisters, as different as night and day; the blonde and selfish Fanny and the naive dark haired Julia.
Tempest and Sunshine written by Mary Jane Holmes began as a solo recording for me, but unfortunately I was unable to complete it as such. I was able to record the first 13 chapters of this historical romance novel. Fortunately there were five other volunteers willing and able to complete the other half of the book.
